Potting mix is a blend of compost, peat, perlite, and aged potting bark. An excellent general purpose potting soil, for planters, ornamental containers and hanging baskets. It is recommended that additional fertilizer be added after planting depending on plant type. We recommend using a general fertilizer such as Nutricote 14-14-14 which is water and temperature release fertilizer and will last for up to 100 days.
