Spread Easy 2000 is made from dolomitic limestone, which can be applied to the soil of lawns, turf, gardens, potting medias and shrubs to adjust soil pH for increased root growth and plant development. It is finely ground, formed into a pellet with an organic binding agent that dissolves when wetted to release the dolomitic limestone into the surrounding soil. It is safe to use any time of year.
